Which other youth team players are at the end of their second year? Billy Franks but not sure who else. Well done to the lads. Proven they all have potential and will obviously play more of a part in KB's plans once the squad is down to 14 players

Simple question from a simple fan.

What if Jeff`s proposed bid does not happen ( again) and the wealthy guys in the wings come in with loads of cash and replace Bond etc

Will any new Manager want Bonds recruits ? ok some of the kids seem ok but its all about opinions and Bonds ideas certainly concern me.

    Just a thought !

There can be offers only at present - no new contracts can be signed until we are out of admin.

Therefore should KB be replaced as part of the takeover then I guess the option not to go ahead with these deals would be there. Although anybody who withdrew them would IMO be stupid to do so as our own young players is surely our best route forward.

Well done to all the boys, thoroughly deserved.

I would like to know though whether, now they have professional contracts, these three are part of the 14 player squad Bond intends to maintain, or whether he classes them as young lads who will get their chance around the team?

From my perspective, once a player has signed a contract, he is part of the squad.

I wouldn’t have thought so Gary. Even though they’ll be full professionals next season, I doubt they’ll be considered senior players. They’ll still be in the reserve team until required in the starting11.

Once again I agree with you Chubbs Even now that Good old Jeff is saying that there are People waiting in the wings who are wealthier than him I believe it about as much as I believed the several mystery Investors when JM took over, the Midlands man and now the one that Jeff has told us is about Must be carefull not to call him a Liar though

Joe has been doing a good job for quite a while I assume your at last comment is aimed at them actually being given a chance . Dont forget Vokes came through JR,s acadamy

Joe is fantastic and a true cherry.

The man is worth his weight in gold and does he get a percentage of any transfer fee ? he should but there again Jeff wants his cut £80k

doing a quick count up its 14 plus the younsters, which leaves us one spare on matchday so it would seem one or two loans maybe required, which in our financial state is perhaps about it.

Wouldn't have thought so, yes thay have signed pro contracts all be it their first ones. I reckon these will be some of the younger players that Bond was on about.
