KRASNER UPDATE DELAYED
|
| ADMINISTRATOR: Gerald Krasner |
GERALD Krasner has put back plans for an update on Cherries' financial position by at least 24 hours.
Administrator Krasner had indicated he would be ready to give a progress report on the ongoing takeover saga tomorrow.
However, when contacted by the Daily Echo today, Krasner said he had a series of meetings planned for tomorrow afternoon and would not be in a position to make a statement until Wednesday at the earliest.

Mostyn does not have the money to take the club forward otherwise he would not have gone into administration knowing we would lose ten points and probably fall to Div 2 (which we have). He should have paid off the debts and would have then cleared our way to a successful future, but he aint got the money and now we are going to lose 15 points at the start of next season.
If Mostyn was a real business man not just MD of a small Insurance Company he would not have taken AFCB to this situation.
We are dead and buried with Mostyn.
Krasner, I don't think has been that honest as he always seemed too close to Mostyn, giving him more room to manoeuvre than any other would be possible buyer.
I hope this whole affair is taken up by legal and financial authorities as the whole situation stinks!
[bold]Whilst Krasner can come down on regular trips to Bournemouth and stay in one of our luxury hotels with all expenses paid, is he likely to speed up proceedings?[/bold]
Mostyn should come clean for once, admit he has no money and make it clear he is walking away for good. We have no future with him, but we MAY have more of a chance of a future without him. The money Mostyn has given Krasner will have a lot of strings attached i.e. loans or debenchers if his accountants have been shrewd enough, so do not believe all of the sorry stories from the Krasner & Mostyn show.

...still look on the bright side...there's always another season of KB to look forward to in L2 with 15 points deducted...IF we have a club to support...and me thinks that Krasner and his ilk are going to be very busy over the coming years trying to sort out the poorer clubs..

would you honestly pay out four million when you can purchase something for a quarter of the cost.. people on this site are very free with other peoples money, but the fact is that no one else has come forward mystery or otherwise. if mostyn walks krasner will sell players as he would have no option just to keep the club running, and when that runs out we will be broke, and -15pts will be the least of our problems

Honest Joe is quite right, people need to understand whats going on, our club is in crisis, it may not survive if mostyn has not got the financial backing, remember whilst mostyn and sly inherited the situation they have been at the helm for 15 months and have driven the club into the ground, and got rid of some really good staff. everyone knows things have to change, but mostyn and sly have upset so many supporters and sponsors it is difficult to see how they will recover from this position unless they have lots of money to throw at the club, I really think the ST should be more challenging, I know they are in a difficult situation, but they really should come out in public and challenge this fiasco of an administration. I am a simple supporter and dont understand the financial or legal things going on, I just want a club to be run in an honest and open manner by people who can relate with their customers, all I see is a boardroom full of ego and no compasion or interest in the real supporter, well we are and always will be a family club where the rank file supporters are the life blood, we are not a PLC so whover takes over needs to be able to work with and for the supporters, our club is not a rich boys play thing, for many of us it is our passion in life and we really care, and we must survive. If this farce continues perhaps we should do an AFC Wimbledon, or FC United at least it would a football club run by football people for football people. As a very simple supporter I am appalled by this whole episode, there is so much smoke and mirrors, lets just hope for a positive outcome but I fear the future wont be so bright as JM predicts, espicially if we get a further penalty for next season, it will be a very tough league, and there are some clubs already throwing a lot of money around

Sadly, I think we have very little option but to wait and see what is happening. Perhaps Krasner will hold a press conference on Wednesday, or perhaps he will delay again. We can speculate about the reasons, but ultimately it is all just conjecture.
Mostly, I am concerned that JM really has learned nothing about Customer Service throughout this whole affair. We lost our sponsor largely thanks to his mismanagement and he has alienated a major proportion of the fanbase by refusing to keep us informed on developments. I understand the need to keep some negotiations under wraps, but there must be some feedback which is available?

Perhap JM is needing yet more time to find the investor he told us he had up his sleeve 18 months ago. This is all very strange Krassner seems to be able to give Good Old Jeff all the time he needs yet he put deadlines on everybody else . Something seems to be going on though but at least we are having storys about OUR CLUB now not stuff about Wimbourne Boy or a couple who went to every round of the Cup To be fair 24 hours isnt a bad delay with these two involved .Hurry up Mostyn time is ticking

Luton and Rotherham are still in the same boat..struggling to come out of administration.Next season it wouldnt surprise me if at least three other teams in league two find it hard to complete the season. How do Dagenham,Accrington and Morecombe cope on gates just over the 1000 mark.Lets be positive there are plenty of multi millionaires in Bournemouth.....step forward Matt Ford. You have achieved great things with the pirates. Can you have a go with AFCB?

Or it could just be that JM is the only option out there so GK is giving him as much time as possible to try to get other investors in before he has to liquidate the club!

Well said! though it seems to me the self confessed Daddy and his mate think it is their club. They certainly got the supporters shares for nothing, the supporters who paid millions to help the club survive. I am of a mind if it ends up their club its not my club anymore and they can expect not a penny more from me.

Did I not tell you last week there were problems and to watch this space, it's now coming home to roost, still we have another 24hrs don't we :)
You did indeed This is very worrying and it looks like JM hasnt got what he needs to get us out of this I still have a problem understanding how a prospective Chairman can go on record and say that he would never walk away from the Club and then not bother to bid for it. There has to be something else going on for Krassner to allow that to happen (?) The Echo dont challenge anything and would prefer to publish nonsense article that have no bearing on the important issues but as you can see I am flavour of the month again for daring to ask why Wimborne Boy losing the Cup Final is anything to do with us or not correcting my spelling. The Club is in big trouble this Guy cant solve it on his own he keeps saying that he has this mystery backer and the mystery backer does not seem to exist or is stalling. I honestly tried to believe Mostyn this time thats a far bigger mistake than how I spelt Wimborne.

Pity Krassners not from Wimborne and spent long enough at Dean Court as a Schoolboy to pick up his Dinner Money . Then the Echo could have done an article about him to detract further from the real issues.

Interesting story on Harry investing in the Express, good to see the Echo jumping on the story as always to find out if it's true or not, something is going on that's for sure but I dunno if it's down to Harry or not.

If you're going to write cr@p, at least spell it right. It's Wimborne.

Harry will be using his sons to invest in the club until he decides to leave Portsmouth.

Lets hope his meetings today are with the Redknapps. According to the Express Harry has spoken with Mostyn but it is unclear if they will join him or put in there own bid. I guess the next 24 hours will be interesting

More interesting is the stories floating about about Harry, somehow I still have my doubts about this, he was supposed to have retired by now according to last weeks press, come on Echo where is your take on all this.

The blueprint for this farce is in Leeds, home of Krasner and a toy for a tax exile who spends most of his time in Monaco
